Domestic Shipping

Shipping Methods

  • We ship our silicone rings through UPS and USPS Priority.
  • We are not responsible for the wrong input of addresses when purchasing.

Signature Requirements

  • A signature from an adult will be required upon delivery if purchase price is $500 or more and sent to a residential address.
  • Ensure you provide the correct shipping address where an adult will be present to sign for your package.
  • If you need to, feel free to have your package delivered to your workplace or a friend's house. As long as an adult is present to sign for your package, we can ship it to any permanent address.
  • For security and insurance reasons, we are unable to ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO, Hotel, Courier, or Freight Forwarder.
  • All domestic orders over $100 are fully insured, door to door. 

Packaging

  • Your silicone diamond ring will be packaged securely to ensure safety of your item. 
  • You will receive a receipt that indicates your order number and additional details.
  • If your Diamond or Moissanite is one carat or greater, you will receive an IGI or GRA certificate.
