Are Flex Gems rings true to size?

Yes, our rings follow standard US ring sizing. However, because our medical-grade silicone is flexible, they will fit slightly differently than a rigid metal band.

What if I am a half size?

If you measure as a half size, we highly recommend sizing down to the nearest whole size. For example, if you are a 7.5, order a size 7. Our silicone is designed to gently contour to your finger over time, and a snug initial fit ensures maximum security during heavy lifting or water activities.

Will the silicone stretch out over time?

Unlike cheap rubber rings, our premium medical-grade silicone maintains its structural integrity. It will slightly relax to the unique shape of your finger after a few days of wear, but it will not permanently stretch out or become loose.

What if I order the wrong size?

We offer a "Perfect Fit" Guarantee. If your ring doesn't fit flawlessly right out of the box, we offer free, hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

What are Flex Gems rings made of?

The Kinetic Collection: Features flawless moissanite stones set in 14K Gold or Platinum plating over a durable brass core, securely anchored in our breathable medical-grade silicone.

Do silicone rings trap sweat or smell?

Not ours. Flex Gems rings are engineered to keep moisture out and allow your skin to breathe. Furthermore, our high-quality medical-grade silicone is non-porous, meaning it will not trap odors like cheaper alternatives.

How do I clean my Flex Gems ring?

Keeping your sparkle pristine is incredibly easy. Simply use a drop of mild dish soap and warm water. Is Moissanite a real gemstone?

Yes! Moissanite is a highly durable, brilliant gemstone that actually possesses a higher refractive index than a natural diamond—meaning it throws more fire and sparkle. At a 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, it is exceptionally resistant to scratching, making it the perfect centerpiece for an activewear ring.

Are Flex Gems safe for the gym and heavy lifting?

Absolutely. That is exactly what they were engineered for. The flexible silicone band prevents dangerous "ring avulsion" (which can happen when rigid metal rings catch on barbells or machinery), keeping your finger perfectly safe while you train.

Can I wear my ring swimming or in the shower?

How long does shipping take?

Because every piece is meticulously handcrafted in our shop, please allow 10-14 business days for processing of Kinetic lab diamond rings and 5 business days for Kinetic Moissanite rings. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via standard shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day window for full refunds and a 60-day window for size exchanges. Rings must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders are final sale, and items from The Fine Collection (lab-grown diamonds) are subject to a 15% restocking fee on returns.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. If your silicone band stretches or tears during a heavy lifting session—that means it did its job and protected your finger! We stand by our products with a 1 Year Warranty. If your silicone band tears, contact our support team and we will happily replace it.
