Because our medical-grade silicone base is flexible, finding your Flex Gems size is slightly different than sizing a traditional, rigid metal band. Use the guide below to find your exact match in minutes.

The Golden Rule: Between Sizes? Size Down.

Unlike rigid metal, our premium silicone is designed to gently contour to the unique shape of your finger over time. For a secure, athletic fit that won't slip during a workout or in the water, always size down to the nearest whole size.

Method 1: Measure Your Finger (Circumference)

Don't have a ring to measure? No problem. Grab a pen, a ruler, and a thin strip of paper.

• Wrap It: Wrap the thin strip of paper snugly around the base of your intended finger.
• Mark It: Mark the exact point where the paper overlaps to form a complete circle.
• Measure It: Lay the paper flat and measure the distance from the end to your mark in millimeters (mm).
• Match It: Compare your measurement to the "Inside Circumference" column in the chart above to find your US Size.

Method 2: Measure An Existing Ring (Diameter)

If you already have a ring that fits perfectly on the finger you plan to wear your Flex Gem on, you can measure its internal width.

• Place It: Lay your existing ring flat on a ruler.
• Measure It: Measure the INSIDE distance straight across the center of the ring in millimeters (mm). Do not include the metal edges in your measurement.
• Match It: Compare your measurement to the "Inside Diameter" column in the chart above to find your US Size.

Sizing FAQs

Do you offer half sizes? To ensure maximum structural integrity of the silicone and the stone setting, we currently offer whole sizes from US 4 to US 12. If you typically wear a 7.5, we highly recommend ordering a size 7 for the best performance fit.

Will the silicone stretch out? Our medical-grade silicone will slightly relax and mold to your finger over the first few days of wear, but it will not permanently stretch out of shape. This is why a snug initial fit is crucial!

What if I get the wrong size? Don't sweat it! We want your ring to fit perfectly. We offer a completely hassle-free, Free 30-Day Exchange policy for all domestic orders. If it doesn't fit right out of the box, we will swap it for the correct size.
