We engineered Flex Gems to be the ultimate fusion of elite performance and eternal sparkle. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your ring. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we’ve made our return and exchange process as seamless as possible.

Standard Return & Exchange Window

  • Refunds: We accept returns for a full refund (minus original shipping costs) within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Exchanges: Need a different size? We offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items

Because our rings feature hand-set precious stones and metals, all returned items must pass a strict quality inspection.

  • Rings must be unused, unworn, and in their original pristine condition.
  • Rings must be returned in their original packaging, including any accompanying pouches, ring boxes, and authenticity cards.
  • Note: If a ring is returned showing signs of wear, scratches on the metal, or damage to the silicone band, the return will not be accepted and the item will be shipped back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our artisan-level quality, the following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund:

  • The Fine Collection: Due to the bespoke nature of our Fine Lab-Grown Diamond tier, these rings are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned, or can be exchanged for store credit.
  • Clearance Items: Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Exchanges: Domestic return shipping for size exchanges is completely free. We want to make sure you get the perfect athletic fit.
  • Refunds: For a standard refund to your original payment method, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund total to cover the return shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@flexgemrings.com and tell us your Name, Order Number and Shipping Zip Code.
  2. Securely package your ring in its original box with original accessories.
  3. Drop the package off at your local carrier.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our shop receiving and inspecting the ring.
